Never had lag issues with the PS3. I'm wired with an excellent connection. Now mobs and players stop and go and teleport. Nothing I can think of helps and I can't go back to PS3 thanks to the transfer to PS4.

Same thing has been happening to me on PS4. It's even laggy on the overworld. Never had this issue on PC.
It might just coincide with an influx of new players and not be limited to the PS4 version. For what it's worth, I get these lag spikes on PC, things freeze for seconds then jump ahead to different places. It's happened today, lots of times. The game has been consistently like this since the 2.2 update in March.
