Question about accounts: PS3 and PC.

I play on PC, but have a copy of the game on PS3 as well tied on the same account, my character is on 1 server, and on PS3 have a new character on a completely other server, question, can I have a buddy play my character on PS3 to level him, while I'm logged on my PC playing mine (keep in mind, 2 toons, both on different servers/worlds) Is this in violation of ToS? Haven't done it yet, but am curious???

Also, (just read ToS) This is not me lending my account info out to someone or me trying to cheat the system, this is me in my home with my roommate playing in the same house on one network. Just curious about both of us logging in at the same time, will it ban my account?

Sharing your account (be it logging in for them and letting them play on your account) is still against the ToS.

As far as logging in at the same time with both, you need two different service accounts (which means multiple copies of the game purchased and redeemed as well as two subscriptions.)

Nope you can't do that. You cannot log in on more than 1 device at a time. If you both want to play at the same time you will need 2 accounts and have to pay 2 subscriptions.
