So I hear this morning that someone was going around asking to join a free company, and our leader just so happened to be on. She let him join and he quickly proceeded to steal some dyes and crystal clusters then leave, all within 2 minutes. Nice work, buddy.
So aside from the basic report submission, is there anything else that can be done?
Report them, spread the player's name... maybe have a bit more security in terms of who has access to the company chest (which it sounds like you have, since it doesn't sound like anything overly important was taken)
Did he steal them from your FC chest?
New recruits should have restricted access to your FC chest, such as deposit only. That's how my FC operates. After a specified amount of time they are given the rank of full member and then have access to everything except gil. I would suggest having your FC leader amend your member settings if they have not done so already so that you don't run into this problem again.
Aside from reporting them and waiting, I think you're out of luck.
