You can upgrade to the Digital Collectors Edition throu the Mogstation. Should be a button saying "upgrade to Collectors Edition' or something like that.
So far I can't find anyway to upgrade for the ps4 through the mog station
You probably won't be able to upgrade it till the 14th when the game actually releases. This is early access right now.

didnt meant to hijack this post but i have purchased PS3 CE copy last year Aug and didn't sub after 1st 30days. yesterday i did an upgrade to PS4 via Mog Station and today i decided to sub for a month to try PS4 version. with the new 12 chars code I downloaded the client in PS4 but i couldn't get the game launch. it prompted to me "Cannot launch Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. Please register the promotional code included with your package or download." Under my SE Service Account Page is standard payment method. am I not eligible to early access? must wait till 14 April? thx
