Here\\'s an idea I briefly spoke with my wife about and she sort agreed with. A lot of times we get in a rush and demand change \\'now\\', but I think I\\'ve manged to come up with a pretty decent idea to redistribute Choco SP. It not only gives us what we want but also penalizes us somewhat. Anyway, here it is.
Obviously, make it a quest to unlock it LOL, but have a "Chocobo Whisperer" (if you will) establish a fee and have the Chocobo stay with the "whisperer" 24hrs per SP. During that time, Chocobo may not be summoned for any reason, mount or companion, as he is in the kennel/stable.
The SP change and fees would be based off of the services requested of the whisperer ie.. If a simple "disciplining" (resetting of x amount of points or skills or starting over) was needed the fees and length of stay would be minimal; while a "retraining" (reallocating of SP) would require a significantly higher fees and length of stay.
What you guys think?

I like it and I think you are on to something here. However, when you say fee, are you meaning real money like with having more retainers or just a in game fee?
