Currently having a problem where my retainer does not receive experience when returning from a venture. The problem is only on one retainer. The retainer is a Miqote Female, and the assigned class is Fisher. The venture assigned is Water Exploration Level 1. The retainer will go on the venture, and return with gear but will gain experience from the venture.
