anyone know how to claim collectors edition goodies

i entered the codes but not got nothing yet, anyone got any ideas?

You have to claim them in-game via the delivery moogle ^^

If you play on PS4 then the CE items get send to you at the 13th or 14th

All those goodies arrive via Moogle (in-game delivery) on the 14th.
