Constant Error 90000

Hello. I am on Data Center Primal, server Malboro. I cannot stay connected to the game for more than about 5 seconds at a time. Just long enough to get past the character select screen then into the game before no actions take affect, and I then get disconnected with Error 90000.

I don't know if it is related, but it happened after I had to unlock my account because of 'suspicious activity' (Although all my stuff is on my character/nothings changed/settings ect). I chanaged the password and too additional measures to keep it from happening, but now it doesn't matter because I can't play D:

I've been having this as well since upgrading from PS3 to PS4. I had no issues with this on PS3, but everything seems to have happened when I did the upgrade. So I think it's safe to say something is going on. also if it is not 90000 it is 2002...
