Coil Turn 5 Loot Table Bugged

Steps:
1. Twintania is killed
2. The Allagan Battleaxe never drops

Since patch 2.2 I have killed Twintania over 110 times and 0 Allagan Battleaxe weapons have dropped. We've seen everything else multiple times (including 4 ADS Illuminants), but never the axe. The chance of this happening is 0.000236% [(8/9)^110] which leads me to believe the loot table is currently bugged. Please investigate this issue and let me know if I am simply the unluckiest person in the game.
