upgrading weathered armor?

Anyone figure this out yet? I'm not a coil person as I don't have time for long dungeons like that so was curious if anyone knows about this yet. Please tell me we don't need whatever's after atma weapon first.....

From what I understand the sands of time come from the new coils, so you'll be doing long dungeons if you want ilvl110. That being said, you don't need anything close to 110 for anything that isn't a long dungeon.

Unidentified Tomestone/Oil of Time is 100% drop from turn 7.
Sands of Time is 100% drop from Turn 8.
