"Paddle"? You mean the DS4 controller?
I use a DS4, a (wireless) USB mouse and a (Apple) Bluetooth keyboard all at the same time. No interference.
does the usb mouse use a dongle, and the keyboard uses internal bluetooth? is the dongle for your mouse on your keyboard usb or directly from the ps4 port?
