Who so damn hard?

Why does it always take me 30 min+ and/or a call to support to even log in to an account?

I would love to try the game. But its way to difficult. I want to log in and play not faff about with all sorts of stuff and get told that you have suspended my account and I need to reset the password (which didnt work because it kept telling me my passwords didnt match!!!!)

Dont tell me your rage quiting before even playing the game.

Maybe you should calm down and go through each step carefully 1 at a time after your account is back on.
