Digital Download for Ps4 (EU)

Is there any place i can buy the digital version for ps4 and play the early access?

I do not own the PS3 version (or the console)

Although I play on the PC (so I don't have much experience with the console versions), what I do know is http://eu.finalfantasyxiv.com/pr/ps4/ has a preorder link to purchase the digital download version for PS4 in Europe. :)
