PC player > PS3/PS4 Trophies

Hey, I am looking for some info on how the PSN Trophies will work for the following scenario, please help if you can:

I have been playing ffxiv since 1.0 on the PC. I also have the PS4 version (linked to the same content ID).

Early access for PS4 started today. Currently I am not being awarded trophies for tasks that I have completed. An example is you are supposed to get a bronze trophy for killing your first mob. I killed a mob and got no trophy.

Secondly, you get a trophy for completing the main scenario. I have already completed this on my main (on the pc obviously) so does this mean I cannot get this trophy unless I level a new character?

The trophies will update on launch day(14th). I had the same question back in August last year during the EA.
