Atma Fate - Coerthas - The Taste of Fear

Hey everyone!
So I'm working on my fourth book and got a bad fate (surprise!). It's called The Taste of Fear in Coerthas Central Highlands. Ive already waited for 3 hours on this thing and haven't had any luck. There are efts behind the fate (the boss of the fate is an eft). Are these placeholders? Or am I coming up with insane theories in an effort to comfort myself? Any advice about how to get this to spawn would be greatly appreciated!!!

They're Crocs not efts lol.... Anyways, it's Coerthas rarest fates, advised to bring a team mate with you. Nothing you can do but wait, but each zone is capped number of fates.
