Pre-order bonus items - how to find them in game ?

I pre ordered the game for PS4, and i was given a cait sith doll as a pre order bonus, how do i find it in game ?

Find the delivery moogle and should be in your mail :3

According to the Lodestone article:

These bonus items will be delivered via the moogle delivery service starting from Monday April 14, 2014 at 12:00 a.m. (PDT)

So, you'll see a little mail icon in the top-right of your screen. When the items are delivered, you'll see that you have mail. Go to a Delivery Moggle (mail icon in map/mini-map) to get your message/items.
