Steps:
1. Gathered High Quality Umbral rocks for Miner quest
2. Saved up about 31 High Quality and 60 normal quality Umbral Rocks
3. Turned in 60 normal quality Umbral Rocks for Cordial (A replenishing medicine for Disciples of Land) to the NPC in Mor dohna on 04/08/2014 PST
4. Logged out for the night with 31 High Quality Umbral Rocks and only 1 or 2 Normal quality rocks
5. Logged in the next day to update FFXIV 04/09/2014 PST
6. Looked at inventory to see I had only 5 High Quality Umbral Rocks, and somehow had 58 normal quality Umbral Rocks.
