I bought the Collector's Edition for PS3, will I have to buy the Collector's Edition for PS4 to use my exclusive items? Or can I just buy the normal edition for PS4 and still transfer my data and use my exclusive items despite buying the normal version?
You don't really need to buy a new copy unless you're planning on playing on the PS3 and PS4.
If that's the case, your account should still be registered as the Collector's edition, so you would just need to buy the Standard Edition in order to register the game on the new system.
