Static Group Seeking BLM, BRD and Tank.

My current static group is currently seeking a Black mage, Bard and a Tank for turn 6 to turn 9 content. Our raid times are Mon & Thurs 10pm to 12:30am Eastern Time.
Some things about us.

1) We are not a hardcore group. We are friendly but expect you know how to min/max dps, itemize well and progress.
2) We accept constructive criticism but know the difference between constructive criticism and just randomly pointing out flaws.
3) We use vent.
4) We are friendly and we hope to make new friends from your experience with us.

what are you raid times?

We raid Mon & Thursday 10pm to 12:30am Eastern. That's 7pm - 9:30pm pacific. We may add more days depending if people want to do so.
