No sound/framerate issues/HUD display displacement.

Steps:

1: Flagged main scenario duty roulette from duty list.
2: Started Kobold quest "Know your role"
3: Skipped bomb cutscene as DF ready notif pinged while it was in play.
4: Member withdrawn, so continue to bomb pop while examining embers.
5: DF ready. Zone into Praetorium.
6: Skip opening Praetorium cutscene.
7: Sound is gone. Framerate is extremely slow to the point of making the game unplayable. (Had no framerate issues in the past)
8: Explain to party the situation, /shutdown and restart client. Zone back into Prae, framerate is normal again. Sound is still gone.
9: Complete Prae with no sound, check XIV sound settings in menu. All is normal, check computer's sound settings. Normal.
10: Check by going onto youtube if it's a headset problem, youtube audio is perfect. XIV audio even outside of Prae is still nonexistent.
11: Restart client again, problem with audio (no audio) still persists.
12: Notice my HUD duty list is messed up, (here is a screenshot of the duty list covering the minimap, not where I placed it originally.)
13: Restart client again, sound is normal and HUD has moved again, but not in the correct place.
