Unable to complete Version check. [30605][10009][19900][10045]

Hello Community,

I'm trying to startup the client of FFXIV ARR, but I'm getting the same error message everytime.

Error message:
Unable to complete Version check. [30605][10009][19900][10045]

Does it work on a different PC on the same network? Yes.

What I already tried:

- Run as Admin
- Disable anti-virus (Even through processes, in taskmanager)
- Disable Firewall
- uncheck the "Real-only" box on the SquareEnix folder +Subfolders, same goes for My Games in Documents.
- Re-install the client (CD and Download from net)
- Tried re-installing a different location
- Copying all the files from the FFXIV ARR folder from my Desktop (Where it works) to my desktop.
- Disable UAC
- Rebooted my router (Also did a ipconfig /release /renew /flush dns. And checked if I had different IP's on all PC's)
- Rebooted Modem
- Checked for any suspicious Process.
- Checked for any virus with Anti-malware bytes (Disabled afterwards again)
- Ran MSconfig, disabled all services/processes except for Microsoft Corp. ones.
- Restarted my PC
- .Net frame updates (Version 4)

If anyone have more Ideas feel free to post them.

NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M (When playing games)

Thanks for replying, but this doesn't help me. like I said, on a different PC I don't have this problem. I already have this problem for 3 days now, so it doesn't have anything to do with the server status.

This solved it for me,
Go to :
C:\Users\''yourusername''\Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn

Open with blocknote :
FFXIV_BOOT.cfg file

You will have these lines or something similar :
<FINAL FANTASY XIV Boot Config File>

<Version>
Version 2
Language 1
Region 2
EulaAgreement 1
StartupCompleted 1
B4EulaAgreement 0
BootVersionCheckMode 0
ConfigReset 0

Modify and save it as follow :
<FINAL FANTASY XIV Boot Config File>

<Version>
Version 2
Language 1
Region 2
EulaAgreement 1
StartupCompleted 1
B4EulaAgreement 1
BootVersionCheckMode 1
ConfigReset 0

Save the file, close any FFXIV application and try again. It should download the patch after you enter your password.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it didn't work for me.

I modified the file with Notepad and edited the lines. After saving it I tried launching the boot. I again got the same error message.
I also wanna note that I can't even get to the log-in screen.

When I open the boot file I immediately get the FFXIV Boot Error (Unable to complete version check.)
