Looking for a friendly server

Hello all! I'm looking for a new server to transfer to. My current server is wonderful but I'm uncommitted to an active FC and incredibly frustrated by the progression gap between casual and hard-core players. Can anyone tell me about the atmosphere here? From the forum posts in this section it seems like there is a great variety of players at different progression levels and that really appeals to me.

This is one of the friendlier servers I've been on in any MMO, especially among the top end.

Thanks for your input. How are the pug groups in progression?

To be honest, that I don't know.

Pre 2.2 there were plenty of EX and T4-5 PF's around. PF groups are still rolling on the atma grind, though.
