Recruiting Exceptional Caster DPS for Coil Progression!

We are currently recruiting one exceptional caster DPS for Coil static group to progress in Turns 6 to 9.

We only raid once a week, so we try to make the best of it. Our raid is usually on Saturday starting at 8PM PST and goes for around 3-5 hours. Depending on everyone's availability, we might try to start early in order to squeeze in some extra progression time. In general, everyone in the group tries to be flexible on the raid time outside of work or other real life obligations. As a result, we don't want raid members who want to get carried or who slack off once the progression content is clear thinking killing the boss is "good enough"; we do not tolerate backwards progression due to stupid mistakes, i.e. standing in fire.

More importantly, we're looking for someone who really enjoys playing the game and pushing the limits of his or her class. Most of us used to raid in top end guilds in other MMOs raiding 5-6 nights a week during progression aiming for server first. We can no longer afford to maintain that kind of schedule, but our dedication remains. We are always pushing for faster runs without compromising the stability of the raid.
