Straight Shot vs Heavy Shot

No you spam heavy to get straight shots crit

Not only does straight shot literally do less damage than heavy shot, it keeps you from getting the straight shot crit procs and it drains your tp even faster. You only want to use straight shot when it procs and to keep your crit buff up as much as possible.

I think that using the straighter shot proc on proc versus on its normal expiration (every 20s) is approximately DPS neutral.

The only time you should use Straight Shot is when you need to renew your Critical Hit Rate buff, or when you get a Straighter Shot proc when using Heavy Shot.

By the way, don't you guys think the 20% isn't exactly 20%?
I mean, I play Dota2 and passives with 10% chance procc lot more than FF14's heavy shot spamming and expecting the straight buff. Once I played Totorak and didn't got a single Straighter buff until second boss..

20% is like 1/5 so shoulda be around every 5 shots, procc (of course not, but by average). And yet mostly of times don't procc for me :/
