3.Not seen it in 3 days and have spent the best part of 4 hours and not left my seat

Please. Is this broken?

It's now been 6 hours now, still no sign of this Fate. Been clearing existing fates to ensure that it's not waiting for a precursor, which it doesnt as i have checked, and still nothing. Even if it had the wrong name, that someone in another post regarding this suggested, i would have done it as i've literally been clearing all the fates in the area including the one mentioned.
