some errors i found in ps4 beta2 version

Steps:
1. Map stops working right and insted shows a black square with some time (slowly kind of fix itself)
2. Random crashes while walking or fighting or simply doing nothing
3. Screen freeze while teletransporting to aleport or limsa lominsa (seems that the character its there but the screen only shows the name of the place)
4. ps3 to ps4 character transfer always crash
