Question on how to do the upgrade from PS3 to PS4

I misread about the beta, but have had the PS3 version for about 3 months now ((Almost)). At first I was confused about how the transferring would work, but I just saw on the front page that you have the option to upload on the PS3 and then you log into the PS4 and download it. I just need to know a few things. The game is NOT available on the PS4 store. I am guessing this is because beta has ended, or is near it's end.

Will it show back up on the 11th?

How will I be able to download it for free since I already have the ps3 version?

I know all the other details pretty much. I just want to be sure I know everything before the 11th.

You can download now, at least I did last night. Check on ps4 under store games and it was the second or third most popular game. Once installed u can already play on ps4. I transferred over, log in via ps4 game and follow details about transferring the service over. Do not create a new one! Just transferring over. If you wanna transfer your macros and keys over there's a guide via ff24 site.

Just realised beta ended today lol.
