Expanded Auto-translation Function.

The auto-translation function is a wonderful thing. However, there is one area that I find lacking. There are ways to check if people are understanding you, but sometimes people won't indicate they understand or reply. I would like a function that amounts to asking someone to reply. I think {Please respond.} would be a good fit and could be used in other matters (such as sending a /tell or letter that requires input from the other party).
