Haven't seen a recent post on it, but I really would like to see the stats on my offhand tools, especially when I'm under the recommended rank for it. It'd definitely help make decision making for which hand to use during a synth easier than just guestimating how successful I am.

I definitely agree with this too. Sometimes it might be beneficial to use the offhand as it might have more craftsmanship/mag craftsmanship than your main hand tool even if you are under the recommended level for that offhand tool. Only problem is that we can't see it. Would be nice if we could.
Yes please, maybe a tab at the top of the gear page to show off hand stats?
You don't use one or the other for the stats.
