i've seen it and it's actually quite cool. just one question, how do you get it?
You have to obtain the Leviathan's Bard and have a crafter make the set for you. I think it is cool but I doubt they will go back and make barding for the other primals anytime soon, if at all. Plus imagining them, I don't think a Titan or Garuda barding would look good.
