How do you upload Pictures from PS3 to the PC?

First off, please forgive me if this is the wrong place to post this question. It seemed like a better place to post it rather then technical support. Anyway....


How do I upload images from a PS3 to the computer? I want to participate in some the Screen Shot Activity on the forums here, but I don't know how I can get screen shots on the computer.

I have a flash drive, and I know how to take the physical screen shot, but when I upload the pictures to my computer, how do I upload them to the internet? Every time I unplug my flashdrive. (even after I save them into a folder) my computer no longer seems to have access to the screen shots.

Does anyone know how I can upload the screen shots so that everyone can see them; and not just myself after I unplug the flashdrive?

Have you copied or moved the images from your flashdrive to a folder on your computer? That would explain why the folder disappears when you remove your flashdrive. Windows usually has a images folder within My Documents you can use for this, or simply create a new folder for screenshots.

Then, once you've moved your images onto your computer, you then use an online web host like Photobucket to upload the images to - doing so you'll be given a link for each image that you then include in your post on the forum by using [img] tags to make the image appear in your post. (I use Photobucket myself, and they've very reliable).
