PS3 to PS4 conversion

so i have ffxiv for the ps3, since it came it. i have all but one trophy unlocked.

now here are my issues. except for atma boring me to death. i don't wanna re-get all my trophies, or start from fresh. a ps4 game finally came out worth playing so i'm tossing out my ps3. i'm still uncertain whether or not i'll continue playing this game on my ps4.

here are my questions, i could not find any answers to.

1) will it start the psn trophies from fresh or not?
2) do i have to purchase the game a new or can i just download it with my ps4?
