Steps: Below are the quests I completed but the "Complete" option is darkened out as if I did not complete the mission requirements. During gameplay I have accepted all missions and accomplished as I found the locations, so not chronologically.

4. Disorderly Conduct
5. The Threat of Intimacy

This problem is usually reported when the player have missed that they need to select an optional reward.
Can you check the dialogue again to see if you have to do that?
