ACN/SMN/SCH Pet bar, and scenario cannons/mechs

1: "Dismiss pet" is next to "place pet" - This has never been overly convenient, but I keybound place pet anyway, since placement is important sometimes.

2: The "fire cannon" button for Summoners and Scholars... is the same button as "dismiss pet"

Solution: Allow pet bar buttons to be moved around? I'd rather like to switch "place" and "dismiss" as it would allow easy firing of mechs and cannons. I *can* keybind pet skills in other ways, but that doesn't fix the issue that the dismiss button is hard-coded to the same place as the cannon button.

The places are hard-coded on the standard pet hotbar, but you can disable that hotbar completely and just place all the individual pet commands wherever you want them on regular hotbars, essentially creating your own configurable pet hotbar.
