Separating the Action bar from the equipped actions.

A couple people mentioned ideas like being able to view the entire action bar on screen at once. or being able to drag macros onto the action bar.

Which got me thinking about macros and the action bar in general.

I think if we disassociated the action bar with the action and trait equipment screen it would open up some better options in terms of how we use the bar, and how we can better lay it out.

In it's current form you can only have one instance of a given action in the bar. That is three bars of 10 actions each and none of those actions can be repeats.

If equipped actions instead populated into a menu or a list, and then we could drag abilities from the list to the action bar it would allow I think for a more streamlined action bar. Allowing for people to set up specific keys that always did the same action.

For example, my gla always has Guard in slot three and the two base attacks in slots one and two, with Phalanx being in slot four.

If the equipped actions were in a menu separate from the bar I could maintain those four slots for the given actions, which means when I have to switch from action bar 1 to action bar 2 I still have my main actions available.

Granted I am only rank 29 on my GLA and don't even have enough action points to completely fill all three bars so I don't know how this would effect people in higher ranks.
