Steps:
1. I was riding a Chocobo through various areas
2. Game came up with Achievement
3. PS4 Brings up blue screen withe Error CE-34878-0
4. Game relaunches just fine, but several hours later it crashes again
I've had this happen several times today also. Right now it's doing it about 10 seconds after I get logged in so I'm not sure if I'll be able to keep playing or not.

Steps:
The first time it happened, I had just clicked on the exit portal in Haukke Manor. After I logged back in everything seemed to work ok, then when I was doing a quest on my arcanist it crashed again after leaving Limsa Lominsa through zephyr gate during the second half of the level 5 arcanist quest. Since then it's crashed 3 or 4 more times about 10 seconds after logging back in. Right now it looks like I may be stuck just outside of zephyr gate.
