/Shutdown

Can we have a /shutdown command? Logging out completely often takes a while. I usually just end up alt-F4ing the game.

This should have been a default feature.

People should NOT have to purposely "crash" your game client because it takes forever to shut down.

Feel free to use the search function when deciding whether to make a new post. This topic has been brough up several times over the last few months and I can't even recall seeing a thread with a dev comment.

Rest assured that you're not the only one who would like to see this implemented, just don't expect it next week (or July 21st)

I too would love to have a quick way to close the game. After a long day I still sometimes type /shutdown only to realize it doesn't work here ^_^;

Yeah, we've had at least 7 other threads about it, but one of them did get a CR response in the past, but no dev comment yet. (JPN side only)

Agreed with OP. /shutdown would be way awesome.
