BLM 2.2 Bis

Has anyone started tracking the new gear stats and gear sets like we had for our previous sets? I think we should clean the slate and the past thread we had on this and start a fresh one to cut out all the outdated material.

I'd love to be able to know what our required acc is for these new coil turns, and our bis for det, crit, and SS, and acc builds with gear.

Turns 6 & 7; (451 Accuracy)

Accuracy numbers for Turn 8 & 9 haven't been confirmed.
Note that there is no point in focusing on Determination.

Yes, without knowing accuracy for Coil Turn 8 & 9 it is hard to say, but it can be assumed that it will be greater than that of 6 & 7. So although, like Ceveth posted, that is BiS with the accuracy of 451, it can be assumed that you will actually need more than that. Whether or not food will be able to cover the difference, it is really up to you whether or not to stick maybe 1 or 2 more pieces of accuracy gear into your BiS setup.

I had heard t8 was 470 but none of that is confirmed just kinda floating around reddit. In 2.2 I feel crit is much better than spellspeed seeing as if you look at all of the gear only two peices of gear have spellspeed and acc where as five peices have crit and acc. So i'd say priority is acc > int > crit > det > spellspeed

I actually wanted to try a crit set up. Some of that gear seems hard to get ATM for most. How do we get non weathered gear?

Buy weathered with SOL tomes, beat T8 until your static passes off a Sands of Time to you, upgrade gear.

Ooo so where gonna need 1 for each set huh. That's gonna take a while lol

id like to know this as well working on animus weapon atm

And what materia is needed for crafted items ?
And which crafted item should we get ?
And is spell speed really better for 2.2 for t6-9 ?
