10k Crysta limit too small

So, I ran into the 406 error that is blocking my ability to renew using my credit card directly, but I was allowed to buy Crysta.

So I bought 10k of Crysta and renewed using my default settting of 180 days.
Then I want to renew my retainers and discovered that I am ~100 Crysta short of having enough to renew both retainers.

As a result, I am now locked out of my 4th retainer and all of the goods and stuff on that retainer and am unable to continue leveling the retainer.

It has been 4 days and I am still not allowed to buy more Crysta and I am still blocked from using my obviously functioning credit card to pay directly.

Support was completely useless and blames it entirely on my bank, which obviously is not the problem as I was able to buy Crysta from you.

So, how do I buy more Crysta or get my Credit Card working?
Why do I have to fight so hard to give you my money?

I have already wasted over 5 hours trying to get this working. At this point, I am wondering if I should start considering FF14 a sunk cost and ditch it for someone who actually wants my money.
