Can we have a list of changes in 1.18, 1.19, 1.20?

I apologize because this letter could be misconstrued as a lack of respect, but I write to show my disappointment, I think the goal of the forum too.
This morning I read the letter from Yoshida and was deeply disappointed .. This patch was to come out in late June, but as usual, has been postponed for two weeks, would then be due out this week, but .. even without too much surprise I could read which had been postponed to 21 (That can be sobject to 1 - or 2-day of delay). Ok no problem, the game's free and I'm not paying to wait for this patch, so I should not even accuse you of the SE
However, this is not a letter of accusation, but the big problem that arises is more than you may think.
The game is stopped (or at least in my server, but I think as well as in others) a month plentiful, the market and bazaars are freezed, we're playing the usual guildleves for over 4 months and NMs Fight no longer have a sense just because the drop does not help anyone and nobody will buy it ..
In this way those who are tired of leveling every classes and used to kill the 2 monsters prefer to log out.
Many people are leaving from the game, but do not know if everyone will come back to see Patch 1.18 + 1.19 or if they are lost forever user with a bad impression of Final Fantasy XIV.
Unfortunately, lack of content and information on the patch out.
What to ask Square Enix is to publish a draft of your plan for reform of the game in the meantime we are waiting on 21.
Preview the partial reform battle, and the guildleve and enmity reform, really aren't great news .. I would like a taste of how real it could become the game, because for many of us is becoming quite frustrating seeing a title like FF wasted from the time

However i know yet this list.. I mean a list that shows all the changes in the 1.18, then all the changes in 1.19 >_>
When i wrote this post I was angry with SE.. So forget me and my post, 'cause at clear mind i've realized that it could take 1 weaks .

That list is until the end of summer, a combined list, but it doesn't exactly say what is going to be on 1.18(most ppl have clue on this), and what exactly on 1.19 and what exactly on 1.20.

If english is not your primary language, then I think you are doing OK and what you write is understandable, just maybe should have space it out a little more ^^ to make it less clustered.

I understand people wanting everyone to have proper grammar but give the guy/gal a break if english is a secondary language, at least he/she is trying.

On the subject, I would also appreciate a more detailed list of what is to be included in 1.18 and what exactly will be in 1.19. Their list is really vague when you take the time to read it, "current tasks" and "future tasks", that could mean anything. If future tasks are what is planned AFTER summer, then 1.18 and 1.19 will be a lot of nothing.
