I am having that same issue as well. I am getting the error
[4] [2147352480][8] and what is system error. I know my ps4 is good. Husband has been playing other games and able to download and install other games from the PSN network. I did do my transfer of data and then I went to start the game on the ps4 and I am getting system error 20019 and this other code [4] [2147352480][8]

Having the same problem and my friend is also. So, its not just you. looks alot like ps3 beta, guess we will lose a day or two until when its fixed

20019 usually means corrupt data, so i am deleting then re-downloading to make sure. but again, its mostly likely on their end

I am also having this issue. I also had the system error 20019 during the first beta phase and was never able to play.

I hope this gets fixed because I've already bought two copies. (for my wife and I)

Did any of you recall what percent it was at when the error happened? Mine happened at 6.34%

Mine gets to close to 25% and I get the system error 20019 then it goes to a second line and its [4]-2147352480[8]

I am at the welcome screen watching the launcher go and and the boards about patch 2.2 and such.

This is getting old. I wish they would fix it .

or notify us, they know it exists, they try to fix secretly quickly, they realize its taking way too long to fix and finally notify us after a day or two. that seems to be the way they do things

I just deleted the game the third time again since I gotten home from doing errands today and I went to double check to see if I can get the game off the psn instead from the library and it won't let me says I already bought the phase 2 version today. So hopefully this will work. I guess while I am waiting I will go get a glass of wine.
