Question on AOE Targeting

I have a question on this, and I hope I posted this in the right area.

So, my AOE targeting was working perfectly normally up until last night. I have no idea what changed, but I noticed sometime last night, everytime I go to cast an AOE ability, such as Shadow Flare, the circular targeting area now begins way up at the very top of the screen.

I have to move my camera so far down, to where I'm looking straight at the top of my characters head just for it to be placed correctly.

I have not changed any settings and cannot figure why this is all of a sudden happening.
