The Transferring Hotbar and Macro Settings button on PS4 gives an error

Like the title say

Also Receiving the same message. Error NP-31865-3. Then prompts to close and restart the game.

Same issue really not looking forward to rewriting all macros

I am also receiving error NP-31865-3 and am not able to use the PS3->PS4 transfer service.

Same issue here, can't transfer my PG.

You need to do it from the ps3 first then the ps4 once the transfer is over

If you guys are transferring from the ps3 to ps4 there is a button on the bottom right of the ps3 launcher that you need to click first

It just worked for me I can confirm what I said to be true

ok so what if you dont have a ps3 anymore, then what!?
