Is Leviathan active late night (9 -2 am PST)

Currently putting out feelers trying to find out which servers have alot of late night activity. Currently on Midgard that late night crowd is not really here.

Considering there's 3 party finders up, I'll say no.

It never stays that low for long. It fluctuates a lot. During early morning there's about 10-15 PF up and during the day 20-30

At the start of your window, moderately so, by the end, it's a dead zone.

dam. thats my regular play time too. im leveling my way up and looking for some fellow night time players. maybe we can get a group of late nighters to unite for a fc :D
