Character completely wiped/reset out of nowhere.

Steps:
1. Log in.

Upon login, my character has been completely reset back to the beginning of the game, right from the opening cutscene. He's supposed to be a level 13 Thaumaturge, and while my character information is correctly displayed on both the Lodestone website and the Android app, everything in-game has been completely wiped as if the character had just been newly created. This includes all game progress, Gil, items, etc. None of my other characters have been effected, only this one. I've logged out, restarted the game, reset the system, etc. Every time I log in, I'm still right at the beginning after the opening cutscene.
