i cannot complete retainer venture

hi......is there any solution to solve this problem. I send out my retainer for her hunting venture....but when it came back i could not complete it, even reset the venture jobs or view its equipment....can anyone fix this?or gm?....as you can see the screenshot below http://i61.tinypic.com/1i05qe.jpg

and don tell me is not a bugs due to my friend also not having this problem
