Guys, guys, you're both right. But more accurately, Holland is right-er. Fixed as of 1.18!
I'd honestly prefer a wording that doesn't confuse me so...
Can we just have "Converts 10 points of allocated strength into intelligence" ? As is, It confuses me what direction it goes.
I like twisty word play as much as the next person when I speak. I enjoy some good Shakespearean dialog. Hell, I like Mojo Jojo from the Powerpuff girls as the redundancy of Mojo Jojos vernacular patters amuse me thusly. However, when I read the description of something, I like it expressly written and easily understood as to what purpose it fulfills. I like to see the reason for its existence displayed in a concise manner.
