PVP queuing post 2.2 is broken

Whatever you did to make 'pvp matchmaking' based on levels or server tweaks has totally ruined the possibility of pvp after this patch, the community wasnt that big (though I am sure there is enough people still doing it to make it possible for it to find 8 people in <30 minutes) to begin with but having to wait 30 minutes or more to get into a 3 minute match will kill this event for good if something isnt done.

2. Can queue 2 4man teams simultaneously and get no connection for as long as we waited
