I'm trying to subscribe and pay using my Visa CC, SquareEnix take 1 GBP as their service fee and don't take the 8.99 GBP for the game time.
So I lose money as fee and don't get subscription.
I've tried this thing 11 Times!! You took 11 GBP from my bank account!!! that is more expensive than the subscription!!
I don't want your game any more, Just give me my money back!!!

They temporarily take the minor amount of money to make sure you aren't giving them a fake bank account, and you activated this 11 times. Sorry but the fault's on you here, though you probably will get your money back
They dont take $1 as a fee. Its common practice when using a credit card for it to be charged $1, to show that there's an available balance. You'll get that back within a few days.
As for why it won't charge the full 8.99 that's an issue you'll have to take up with your CC company.
Not trying to be funny its nothing todo with the credit card companies or banks or whatever u want to call it its todo with this game as ive been playing since october last year had no problems with monthly subscriptions then all off a sudden they wipe my bank details and i cant re register them with getting error codes. im not the only person experiencing this problem i thought i would just put that out there !
