Blacklisted players are sent to the front of the Alt-R cycle for /tells

Thread Title:
When a player is blacklisted, they are still able to send me a /tell, even though I don't see it. However, if they were the last person to send me a /tell their name will appear as the first choice when I press Alt-R to cycle through the list.

Steps:
1. Receive tell from someone I want to blacklist.
2. Blacklist this person.
Later on...
3. Alt-R will make this person appear first if I haven't received any other tells.
4. Receive tell from a friend I want to reply to.
5. Pressing Alt-R will make this friend's name appear first.
5. Blacklisted person sends me another tell, which I don't see.
6. When I hit alt-R now, the blacklisted person is displayed first.

When I blacklist a person, I'm obviously not going to be sending them any /tells, so there's no reason for them to continue to show up in my alt-R rotation.
